Nightwing’s SignalBridge now Awardable in IARPA Marketplace

On October 2, Nightwing announced that its mobile communications solution, SignalBridge, has been deemed Awardable through the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) Solutions Marketplace.
The IARPA Solutions Marketplace is a digital platform designed to help IARPA and the broader Intelligence Community (IC) identify, assess and rapidly access innovative technologies relevant to IC mission needs. The marketplace provides government customers with a centralized repository of assessed, Awardable solutions from companies, researchers and other technology providers.
Nightwing developed SignalBridge as an integrated software and hardware communications suite that delivers secure voice, data and video, geospatial information and network capabilities in global operational environments. Built primarily on commercially available, exportable technology, SignalBridge uses hybrid cellular and satellite paths to provide redundant, worldwide connectivity in austere and complex environments. Each kit is configured and packaged to align with specific mission requirements and is backed by Nightwing’s network engineering, managed attribution, cyber tools, application development, field service, training and logistics support. Based on an active U.S. government program of record, SignalBridge currently supports a Department of War customer, and Nightwing recently delivered SignalBridge kits to support the U.S. Marine Corps’ Expeditionary Warfare Operations Kit prototype.
“Intelligence missions can unfold where there’s no reliable network and no room for drawing attention,” said Troy Smith, program director for SignalBridge at Nightwing. “SignalBridge was built for exactly that. Commercial, exportable equipment that blends in and hybrid cellular and satellite paths that keep teams connected when one link drops. Our kits are assembled by former special operators who have worked in those environments, and the IARPA Solutions Marketplace gives Intelligence Community customers a faster way to put that capability in the field.”
