On September 28, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) released a request for information (RFI) for a Digital Library of Creative Assets (DLCA) II. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on October 13.
NGA has an ongoing need for subscription service that provides access to high-resolution, editable vector graphics and diverse media assets that eliminate risk of copyright infringement and streamline creative design workflows across the enterprise. The platform shall be accessible by multiple concurrent users, support advanced administrative management, and provide unlimited asset redownloads with perpetual, royalty-free usage rights. The platform shall allow for updates of the media assets and multi-users/team access to support a minimum of 50 users. Images downloaded should be available to use at the conclusion of the performance period.
