The deal brings B&A a portfolio of cybersecurity, network and systems engineering, and data science capabilities serving the Department of War and Intelligence Community.
Founded in 2006, Intelligent Waves is a provider of mission-focused technology, systems engineering, advanced cybersecurity, and data intelligence solutions for the U.S. defense, intelligence, and civilian government communities. The company designs, engineers, and integrates IT and cyber-hardened solutions that enable secure, rapid, and scalable mission capabilities. Intelligent Waves’ capabilities address the critical national security need for next-generation multi-domain modernization, contested-edge communications, and real-time decision advantage required to support complex federal and defense operations worldwide, according to the company.
The acquisition represents an important step in B&A’s continued evolution into a broader, more integrated federal technology platform.
