On September 21, the National Security Space Association welcomed Kevin Coggins, Maj Gen Troy L. Endicott, USSF (Ret.), Maj Gen Timothy A. Sejba, USAF (Ret.), and Arnie Streland to its board of advisors. Together, they bring decades of experience across military service, government, industry, space operations, acquisition, policy, and technology to support NSSA and its mission.
Kevin Coggins, Managing Director, Meridian Frontier Advisors LLC & Space Systems Executive
Coggins brings extensive leadership experience across government, industry, and the military. Most recently, he led NASA’s Space Communications and Navigation enterprise and previously served as the U.S. Army’s Direct Reporting Program Manager for Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former Force Reconnaissance Team Leader, he brings deep expertise in resilient space architectures, acquisition, and emerging technology.
Maj Gen Troy L. Endicott, USSF (Ret.), Former Director of Global Space Operations, U.S. Space Command & NSC Director for Space Policy
Endicott brings 32 years of military leadership and extensive experience spanning space operations, national security policy, and joint force development. He served as Director of Global Space Operations at U.S. Space Command and as Director for Space Policy at the National Security Council, where he helped shape national space policy and supported the establishment of the U.S. Space Force and reestablishment of U.S. Space Command.
Maj Gen Timothy A. Sejba, USAF (Ret.), Former Commander, Space Training and Readiness Command
Sejba brings decades of leadership across space operations, acquisition, and national security. He previously commanded Space Training and Readiness Command and most recently served as Special Assistant to the Vice Chief of Space Operations. His career includes senior leadership assignments across the Air Force, National Reconnaissance Office, U.S. Strategic Command, and Space Systems Command.
Arnie Streland, President, AHS Logic LLC
Streland brings more than 40 years of experience leading space system development across government and industry. He is President of AHS Logic LLC, which he founded following his retirement from Northrop Grumman in 2026. Prior to his industry career, he served 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force in leadership assignments spanning space systems engineering and acquisition.
