Tactical elements increasingly operate in Disconnected, Intermittent, and Limited (DDIL) bandwidth environments where legacy military systems cannot maintain real-time synchronization. This friction forces sustainment personnel to manage high-velocity resupply demands without a unified, predictive picture of ammunition readiness.
PLANK closes this operational gap by converting legacy comms data into predictive combat power. By pairing a tactical data mesh with localized AI agents, PLANK seamlessly synchronizes Ops-Log workflows—delivering real-time AI automation and squad-level agility while ensuring supply lines match the tempo of combat, the company said.
The novel innovation behind PLANK is its patent-pending translation engine, FastSync. Legacy tactical systems struggle to feed AI models because their raw, specialized message formats require complex translation before edge nodes can process them. FastSync solves this bottleneck at the tactical edge, acting as a high-speed gateway that converts raw tactical comms into structured payloads for PLANK’s distributed AI agents and unified knowledge graphs.
