Most recently, DeSimone served as chief executive officer of Nightwing, where he led the company through its separation from RTX and into its next phase of growth. Previously, he served as president of Raytheon’s Cybersecurity, Intelligence & Services business, overseeing one of the industry’s largest portfolios supporting government, defense, and intelligence customers.

Earlier in his career, DeSimone held senior leadership positions with CSRA, CSC, and IBM, where he led large-scale product, engineering, technology, and operational organizations supporting complex government and enterprise missions.
