On June 16, Empower AI announced it has won the DISA J6 Service Delivery recompete contract, retaining its role as an enterprise IT service delivery partner supporting the Pentagon and NCR under the Department of War’s DISA J6 Service Delivery mission. The contract carries a total potential value of $255.4 million over a one-year base period and four, 1-year option periods.
The award positions Empower AI to advance DISA J6’s Global Support operations combining proven enterprise service delivery with targeted automation to reduce manual effort, accelerate resolution times, and lower the total cost of operations across one of the most complex IT environments in the federal government.
“We will apply AI-enabled automation where it measurably improves outcomes for DISA J6 mission partners, while maintaining the reliability and security that DISA J6 Service Delivery operations require” said Jeffrey Bohling, president and CEO of Empower AI.
Under the contract, Empower AI will support DISA J6’s full-service delivery portfolio. The program is structured to deliver continuous service improvements through the application of automation, industry best practices, and rigorous performance management without disrupting mission operations during any transition or optimization effort.
“Our teams have developed deep institutional knowledge of the DISA J6 environment, and we understand that consistent performance is just the baseline. The mission demands that we keep getting better,” said Carla Harter, senior vice president of operations at Empower AI. “We will use that foundation to introduce intelligent automation in areas where it reduces burden and improves response times, giving DISA J6 measurable performance gains within the current operational framework.”
