On June 4, the U.S. Navy released a sources sought notice for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) support. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on June 10.
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide contractor support for Naval Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR) in support of GEOINT administrative services.
This is an ongoing requirement where NAVIFOR has utilized contractor support at respective Command locations to provide contractor personnel familiar with the fleet Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development process, including doctrine organization, training, material, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy to assist NAVIFOR N8 in the technical drafting and staffing of a Fleet Commander CONOPS addressing current and planned GEOINT PED capabilities. Anticipated requirements for the continuation of this requirement can be found in the draft Performance Work Statement included within the Sources Sought.
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a nonpersonal services contract to support NAVIFOR GEOINT professional, technical, and administrative support.
The deadline for responses to this request is no later than 12 PM, EST 10 June 2026.
