Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) has been awarded a f ive year, $193 million task order in support of the U.S. Army’s DEVCOM C5ISR Center and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, the company announced May 14.
The Enterprise Cloud Analytics and Processing (eCAP) task order, awarded under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract, provides continued support for the Army’s Digital Transformation initiatives to include research, assessment, development, integration, prototyping, fielding, operation, sustainment of the Cloud, Cloud Modernization, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) based models, systems, applications, platforms, and infrastructure to bolster data-centric workflow efficiency for MultiDomain Operations (MDO) and Joint All Domain Operations (JADO) environments. DSA will deliver end-to‑end support across advanced technology development, secure capability transition, and full lifecycle sustainment. The scope of work ensures mission continuity through integrated cybersecurity, system fielding and operations, demonstrations and exercises, and enterprise lab services that accelerate the delivery of modern, data driven capabilities to the Army.
This effort advances the Army’s ability to rapidly develop, deploy, and scale data driven capabilities through critical cloud modernization initiatives that modernize legacy software systems, enhance enduring capabilities, and transform platforms to support future mission requirements. Collectively, this work will directly support the Army’s modernization priorities by improving agility, resilience, and mission effectiveness across the enterprise.
