On April 30, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) released a presolicitation notice that includes a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for Data Science, Operations, Requirements, Exploitation, and Enhanced Engineering (DORE3). The formal RFP will be released on or about May 14.
The Virginia Contracting Activity has a requirement for DORE3 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and attachments. The SOW covers the 11 support areas listed below:
- Support Area One: Collection Concept Development
- Support Area Two: Collection Planning and Operations Support
- Support Area Three: Data Sciences Support
- Support Area Four: Technical Exploitation Support
- Support Area Five: Internet of Things (IOT), Social Media & Open-Source Support
- Support Area Six: Application/Web/Collaboration Support
- Support Area Seven: Program/Project Support
- Support Area Eight: Rapid-Response SME Support
- Support Area Nine: Academic/Industry Outreach and Innovaon
- Support Area Ten: Rapid Engineering and Prototyping Support
- Support Area Eleven: Contract Project Management and Common Tasks
Advisory and Assistance Services will be required for each of the above support areas.
Contractor services provided under DORE3 are required by ST to sustain its mission management and execution responsibilities, including conducting capability gap analyses, rapid prototyping, test & evaluation, planning, preparing for, and enabling technical collection operations, advanced technical exploitation of multi-source data.
The Place of Performance varies. It will be identified in each Task Order. This requirement is anticipated to be full and open.
