On March 30, the Defense Intelligence Agency released a request for information (RFI) for SCIF Lifecycle Support Services. Responses are due by 11:59 p.m. on April 9.
This is a special notice of The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) release of a DIA SCIF Lifecycle Support Services RFI on NRO and NSA ARCs.
Please take note of the following:
- RFI submission deadline: April 09, 2026, at 23:59 PM (EST).
- ll qualified entities wishing to respond to the Request for Information (RFI) must comply with the instructions outlined in the NRO and NSA ARC postings.
- Additionally, access to the NRO and NSA ARC is a prerequisite for RFI submissions.
