On March 3, FTI Defense (FTI), a provider of AI-powered analytics, modeling, and defensive cyber software, and tech-enabled services for national defense, today announced that Matt Salter has joined the company as chief growth officer.
“FTI Defense is delighted to welcome Matt Salter to our senior executive team as chief growth officer,” said Jose Hidalgo, FTI Defense CEO. “Matt’s skills and experience will be instrumental in accelerating the adoption of FTI’s mission-aware, AI-powered technologies and expertise to help our warfighters make faster and better mission decisions and quickly improve critical processes.”
Previously, Salter served for 17 years with Noblis, a leading provider of science, technology and engineering services to the federal government, including defense, intelligence, homeland security and law enforcement agencies; most recently as vice president and chief growth officer.
“I’m excited to help drive the next era of growth for FTI Defense,” said Salter. “FTI Defense’s investments in next-generation, AI-powered technologies and services that accelerate mission critical decisions and drive critical process improvements are perfectly aligned with national security technology needs today: rapid speed to solution, affordable cost, non-disruptiveness to existing systems, and scalability.”
