NT Concepts names Mark Cabrey CEO

On November 4, NT Concepts, provider of AI-powered defense and intelligence solutions, announced the appointment of Mark Cabrey as chief executive officer (CEO). Cabrey, who previously served as the company’s chief operating officer (COO) and chief financial officer (CFO), brings a proven record of operational transformation and strategic acceleration while building and enhancing the performance of leadership teams. His appointment signals the company’s intensified focus on delivering resilient AI solutions for critical national security missions.

Since joining NT Concepts in 2019, Cabrey has helped lead the company’s evolution into a high-growth provider, architecting its transition from traditional contracting to a proactive technical posture. His unique blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and cultural excellence has established a foundation for scalable growth and high-impact delivery across the organization’s AI engineering, analytics, and modernization portfolios.

“Mark has played a vital role in shaping NT Concepts into the successful mission-driven technology partner we are today. He’s an exceptional leader in every respect. His deep understanding of our customers’ challenges, genuine focus on people empowerment, and commitment to innovation and operational excellence make him the ideal person to guide NT Concepts into its next era of growth,” said Michele Bolos, NT Concepts’ founder and executive chair of the board.

Under Cabrey’s leadership, NT Concepts will continue its investments in adversarial solutions, predictive intelligence, and digital modernization to enhance readiness in contested, data-intensive environments—where speed, resilience, and trust define mission success.

“Our focus is on fielding proven, mission-aligned AI technologies that not only inform operations but actively defend against adversarial interference,” said Cabrey. “We are scaling solutions that enable our customers to act faster, smarter, and with unmatched precision and confidence at the point of need.”
