DOE seeks strategic intelligence partnership program support


On July 18, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) posted a sources sought notice for Strategic Intelligence Partnership Program Support. Responses are due by July 25.
Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS), under contract to the DOE, National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Field Office (NNSA/NFO), is seeking sources who can support the following: The Special Technologies Laboratory (STL) is looking to expand their Strategic Partnership Program/Strategic Intelligence Partnership Program (SPP/SiPP) portfolio of projects.
To ensure that STL is equipped to tackle the critical and complex problems of the SPP community it is vital that there is a well-researched and documented strategy and actionable implementation plan. The strategies shall be multi-faceted and include various capability assessments to provide an overarching identification of the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats of STL. For the assessments to provide optimal value, they must include significant contributions from external experts that have extensive experience within Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and DOE.
Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services listed in the notice are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by close of business, Friday, July 25, 2025.
