NGA posts draft PWS for HRM II contract

On July 2, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Human Resource Management (HRM) II Contract. Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on July 16.

NGA is issuing this draft PWS for the HRM II Contract for public view and comment.  The Government is not negotiating or calling for offers on this PWS.

The HRM II Draft PWS is issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), with the purpose of assisting the Government in developing the highest quality final PWS possible.  Responses to the Draft PWS are voluntary, not mandatory.

Prospective offerors are invited to comment on all aspects of the Draft PWS.  Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to identify areas in the Draft PWS that are unclear, ambiguous or otherwise warrant additional information or clarification in the final PWS.

With the purpose of assisting the Government in developing the highest quality PWS, the Offerors are encouraged to:

  • Evaluate all elements of the PWS;
  • Identify any ambiguous or erroneous language, unnecessary requirements, and overly complex or restrictive elements

 

The Government will give consideration to all comments and questions received.  The Government may not respond to questions, however, all questions received prior to the due date and time will be considered and, as appropriate, resulting in revisions may be incorporated into the final PWS.
