NGA posts IC VRC sources sought

On March 12, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued a sources sought notice for Intelligence Community Virtual Recruitment Capabilities (IC VRC). Responses are due by 2:00 p.m. Central on April 4.

NGA, in support of the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)/IC Chief Human Capital Office, is seeking sources for IC VRC. The VRC includes three focus areas for talent acquisition: (one) online interviewing and assessments services, (two) event management interviewing and assessments services, and (three) college recruitment.

The Government is seeking a product/solution that includes all three focus areas or a vendor that can meet the Salient Characteristics for all three focus areas. However, the government will consider responses that only include one or two of the focus areas. This is a Sources Sought to obtain market research on the availability of the requested focus area product(s): See Attached Salient Characteristics.

The purpose of this request is to gain information on current industry capabilities that would allow the IC the ability to have one product/solution or vendor that can provide the Salient Characteristics for all three focus areas.

The Government is seeking responses from all qualified sources. Those wishing to identify their capability to provide the aforementioned focus area product(s) should respond to this announcement via email.
