Army posts update to AIS@P process

On February 21, the U.S. Army posted an update to the PEO IEW&S Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) – Artificial Intelligence and Software at Pace (AIS@P) procurement.

Given the scope and significance of the revisions to the AIS@P Draft RFP underway, ACC-APG has elected to temporarily suspend its one-on-one feedback sessions, which had been established to solicit targeted feedback on the initial draft Request for Proposal (RFP).

The ACC-APG anticipates resuming these sessions upon the release of the revised draft RFP in the next two weeks, at which point industry stakeholders will once again have the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue.

In the meantime, industry partners are encouraged to contact the Project Linchpin office at usarmy.apg.peo-iews.mbx.linchpin@army.mil to arrange technical one-on-one discussions, providing a conduit for ongoing collaboration and insight-sharing. Notably, Project Linchpin is empowered to facilitate these sessions up until the issuance of the Final RFP, thereby ensuring that industry stakeholders maintain a consistent channel for providing input, exploring requirements, and showcasing their capabilities throughout the procurement process.

The general objectives of the one-on-one sessions are to:

  • Increase industry understanding of government requirements
  • Provide industry with an opportunity to surface perceived issues and concerns
  • Allow the Government to hear industry responses and comments in general terms
  • Enable the Government and industry to better understand each other’s perspectives
  • Allow industry to showcase their production-ready solutions

Review the AIS@P information.
