Aperio Global adds two new VPs

Aperio Global recently announced the appointment of Wendy Chenault as vice president of operations and Alec Longarzo as vice president of growth. These strategic leadership appointments build on the company’s strengths and accelerate value creation as a leading technology company, according to Aperio Global.

Chenault brings over 23 years of experience in the geospatial industry, with a significant portion dedicated to managing large programs in the national Intelligence Community. In her role as vice president of operations, Chenault will leverage her extensive program management experience and expertise to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and performance. Most recently, she served as director of business operations at Maxar, where she is credited with improving program execution and developing processes that enhanced business performance. Chenault has a proven track record of managing technical teams, optimizing workflows, and achieving exceptional performance ratings. Her previous roles include director and deputy director of Intelligence Programs at Maxar, where she successfully managed a $25 million portfolio and doubled program revenues.

Longarzo joins Aperio Global as vice president of growth, bringing a track record of driving organizational expansion through strategic business development. He brings deep expertise in capture management, corporate strategy, and competitive intelligence. In this new role, Longarzo will focus on enhancing Aperio Global’s capabilities and expanding its federal and commercial partnerships. Longarzo’s leadership will be instrumental in supporting Aperio’s ongoing growth initiatives, helping the company deliver innovative solutions to an expanding client base. Before joining Aperio, Longarzo was pivotal in establishing and scaling eSimplicity’s Defense and National Security portfolio, driving significant growth across the Department of Defense, Department of State, and federal Spectrum and Telcom entities. His previous leadership roles at Dcode and Excella underscore his ability to secure critical contracts and deliver strategic growth.
