On December 14, Reston, VA-based Intelligent Waves announced that it acquired Ski Systems, Inc. for an undisclosed amount to expand its strategic footprint in the Intelligence Community with a special focus on delivering disruptive and ultra-secure mobility solutions.
With the acquisition of Ski Systems, Intelligent Waves will add another layer of technological innovation, management, and operations, along with cybersecurity compliance for Government-owned mobile programs. Ski Systems, an expert cybersecurity firm, worked with the Department of Defence and Intelligence Community to implement, monitor, and drive mobility efficiencies and are experts in perimeter network security and mobility.
