DIA releases official solicitation for CBRN HST
On October 21, the Defense Intelligence Agency posted solicitation HHM402-16-R-0003, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Human Signatures (CBRN HST). Proposals are due no later than 3:00pm Eastern on November 30, according to FedBizOpps.
This is the official issuance of solicitation HHM402-16-R-0003 for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Human Signatures (CBRN HST) procurement and is published in accordance with FAR 15. The proposed contract type is Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. CBRN HST is a follow-on effort to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) IDIQ and Solutions for Intelligence: CBRNE, Biometrics, Applications, and Technologies (SICBAT) IDIQ contracts held with the Virginia Contracting Activity. CBRN HST will provide support to areas of 1. Chemical, 2. Biological, 3. Radiological and Nuclear, and 4. Human Signatures performance.
The Government intends to make multiple awards resulting from the solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make no awards or only a single award. Awards will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposals represent the best value in accordance with the evaluation criteria in Section M. All comments and questions must be submitted in writing to CBRNHST@dodiis.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted.
