USCYBERCOM announces Industry Day

On August 15, the U.S. Cyber Command announced an upcoming Industry Day to be held on October 27. The registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on October 16, or when the 400-person capacity is reached, whichever comes first.

THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ONLY.  This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes.  It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.  This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.  Furthermore, USCC, at this time, is not seeking proposals.  Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.  All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party’s expense.

The U.S. Cyber Command (USCC) will host its first Industry Day on 27 Oct 2017, at the William Allder Auditorium, Arthur Lundahl Conference Center, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), Springfield, VA.  The event is scheduled from 8:00am-5:00pm.  The intent of this event is to provide insight to senior level industry representatives into the current and future USCC challenges, requirements, and acquisition plans.  ADM Michael Rogers, USN, will be providing the opening remarks and Mr. Dennis Bartko, the Capabilities Development Group (CDG) Director, will be providing the CDG Welcome.  The agenda and registration instructions are included in this notice.

Registration:

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.  Deadline for registration is 5:00pm, Monday, 16 October 2017, or when the limit of 400 is reached, whichever occurs first.  Walk-in registration will NOT be allowed.  Check-in will begin at 7:00am.
