The U.S. Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Agency (AFISR) is gathering information from companies that claim to be capable of supporting the Air Force’s “Digital Integration for Combat Engagement” program, nicknamed DICE, which takes place at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada and other locations.

The technical support being sought from a vendor would include analytic and system administration support, integration, RDT&E, and sustainment relating to three Air Force capabilities: (1) Integrated Broadcast Services, (2) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Theater Gateway, and (3) Tactical Data Links, according to an Air Force sources sought document issued on Feb. 20.

“The contractor shall perform analysis of architecture and operations to determine baseline capabilities; conduct gap analysis in regard to end-state vision provided by operational requirements and develop recommended solutions based on gap analysis for desired modernization and integration of ISR data link capabilities,” explains the sources sought notice.

Services will be requested by individual task orders, and most work will be performed at Nellis AFB.

“The contractor shall provide on-site and virtual System Administration support to configure, update and manage all servers and systems with configuration control updates for all applications supported with Government authorization,” the notice continues.

Interested parties are invited to submit their capabilities statements (no more than 10 pages) to the Air Force agency by March 10.
