SPAWAR releases NILE ISS RFP

On November 20, the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command released the RFP for NILE In-Service Support (ISS), Block Cycle (BC) Updates, and Engineering/Management Services.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Navy Command and Control Program Office (PMW 150), has a requirement for a follow-on In-Service Support (ISS) contract on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Improved Link Eleven (NILE) Nations (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, and
U.S.).

Solicitation N0003918R0006 for NILE ISS is hereby issued. Proposals are being sought at this time and must be submitted in accordance with Section L of the attached Solicitation. Proposals are due January 11, 2018 at 12:00 PM
PDT.

It is requested that all questions be received no later than December 18, 2017, as time may not permit responses to questions received after this date. Questions shall be submitted via the e-commerce portal. The Government will employ its best effort to respond to questions, however, responses are not guaranteed.

Offerors are advised that the Government will make all questions and associated  responses available to the public, therefore offerors shall not submit questions that are of a proprietary nature.
