SPAWAR posts RFI for ATCS project

On May 10, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command posted a request for information in support of its Amphibious Tactical Communications System (ATCS) project.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Communications and GPS Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), and in coordination with Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Tactical High Capacity Communications Program Office (THC2) is conducting this market survey to determine industry’s interest and capability to provide a solution for the replacement of the Navy’s AN/SRC-57 Digital Wideband Transmission System (DWTS) and the Marine Corps AN/MRC-142B radios. The replacement system’s name will be Amphibious Tactical Communications System (ATCS).

Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paper. White papers in Microsoft Word for Office 2010 compatible format are due no later than 12 June 2017, 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time. Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted via the e-commerce website and posted no later than 07 JUNE 2017, 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information.
