A small business fair / industry day will be hosted by the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AF ISR) at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas on March 5, but due to space limitations, companies that sent representatives to last year’s industry day are not eligible to send representatives to this upcoming event.

The industry day will take place in Security Hill, Building 2000, at 102 Hall Boulevard, Lackland AFB, TX 78243, from 8 am to 12 noon.

A notice published by the agency explains that AF ISR supplements the normal logistics system for contracting supplies, equipment, systems and services that are not prescribed to be obtained through other sources. “This includes Engineering & Technical Services; Advisory & Assistance Services; Computer Hardware & Software; Modeling & Simulation Support; Engineering & Installation Support; and Information Technology Requirements,” says the notice.

Parties interested in attending this industry day should submit their capabilities statement to chiretta.boclair@us.af.mil by January 27. “If your company is selected to attend, you will receive follow up information via email by 31 Jan 2014,” the notice adds.

Further information is available from Chiretta BoClair, director of the small business program, at 210-977-2453 or chiretta.boclair@us.af.mil
