Perfecta Federal adds two new executives

Perfecta Federal is continuing to build its executive team by hiring Gerardus Wykoff as its vice president of operations and Ryan Hill as its chief financial officer, the Springfield, VA-based company announced March 29.

Wykoff served in the Army Military Intelligence Corps for close to 24 years, finishing his career as command sergeant major of the Military Intelligence Corps. He earned more than two dozen awards while in the Armed Forces. Since then, Wykoff has served in executive roles at Crisis1, LLC, Subsidium, ABBTECH and Veteran Solutions, Incorporated.

Hill previously served as corporate controller at Millennium Corporation, where he developed, implemented and managed a comprehensive budget resulting in an almost immediate 400 percent increase in earnings. He recently led the procurement and implementation of a Deltek Costpoint ERP system and an ADP HRIS system—all while contributing to a business development team that won more than $115 million in contract sales in 2016.

“Perfecta is thrilled to welcome Ryan and Jerry to the team,” said Perfecta President George Zoulias. “Our revenue has grown nearly a thousand percent in the past three years—972.1 percent to be exact. By continuing to add talented professionals to our executive team, we know we can continue this trajectory and providing often life-saving products to our clients.”

Perfecta is a DC area intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and cybersecurity technology and consulting firm. Its team designs, builds and manufactures products based on each individual client’s needs, creating customized communication solutions from start to finish.

Perfecta’s customers include both government and private sector clients.

Wykoff’s accomplishments include saving the U.S. government $21 million by increasing production and reducing unnecessary costs, developing the “Every Soldier a Sensor” training program and playing a critical role in creating tactical overwatch Geospatial Intelligence training programs—helping protect our soldiers on the frontline and national security.

Hill has spent his entire career in the government contracting industry. His accomplishments include helping grow a small women-owned business from $20 million to $100 million, implementing multiple full-scale ERP Systems and helping grow a small 8 (a) business from $19 million to $60 million in three years.
