The National Guard Bureau is planning to run a competitive procurement among 8(a) small business vendors to supply all personnel, management and supervision to provide “situational awareness services” at the operations centers for each of the National Guard Bureau locations in all 54 states and territories.

The goal of the set-side contract will be to provide situational awareness to the Chief of the National Guard Bureau (NGB), explains a presolicitation notice that was published on January 27.

The NGB anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract with a 9-month base period and two one-year option periods.

Responses from prospective vendors are due by February 12, says the notice.
