NGIC posts EWIR sources sought

On February 1, the National Ground Intelligence Center posted a sources sought notice. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. ET on February 5.

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is seeking information from any qualified vendor who can perform the services found in the attached draft PWS for Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) Analysis, Production and Process Support Services who also have a current Top Secret Facility Clearance (see the attached draft DD254 for required security clearance requirements).

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is conducting market research for a potential requirement.  NGIC is seeking information on potential sources who are capable of providing Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) Analysis, Production and Process Support to NGIC.  This effort would require the Contractor to provide a wholly selfcontained, end-to-end, EWIR Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) production process using the Next Generation EWIRDB System (NGES) construct and associated toolsets. Under this contract, Contractor personnel would provide expertise, analysis, production, and process support to the TechELINT/EWIR Branch (IANG-STS-TE) of the U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in every aspect of EWIR IMD and EWIR Database (EWIRDB) production.
