NGA seeks industry input on ESS draft RFP

On November 9, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted a notice about the draft RFP for the Expeditionary Support Services program (Solicitation Number: HM047616R0023).

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Expeditionary Operations Office (DOE) has posted the Draft RFP (DRFP) for the Expeditionary Support Services (ESS) program (formerly known as ‘Orion’, reference 10 Apr 17 RFI on FBO). The DRFP has been posted on the UNCLASSIFIED Acquisition Resource Center (ARC), accessible at https://acq.westfields.net.

The ESS program is the follow-on to the current Deployment Logistics Support 2 (DLS2) contract. The Government is requesting comments and/or questions from industry regarding the DRFP. Specifically, the Government would like feedback on the Oral Presentation Instructions and the inclusion of the Compound Operations and Maintenance requirement in the Draft ESS Statement of Work. Please provide all comments/questions via the DRFP/Q&A tab on the ESS ARC page no later than 5PM on November 17, 2017. The Government plans to issue the Final RFP in mid-December, and to award the ESS contract in April of 2018.
