NGA posts information for learning management and advancement program

National Geospatial Intel 112On March 15, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted a presolicitation notice for the Learning Management and Advancement Program (LMAP) (Solicitation Number: HM0476-16-R-0001).

NGA has a mission-critical need for commercial entity/entities to form a Learning Management and Advancement Program to provide the GEOINT Enterprise with highest-quality learning solutions that support NGA mandatory training requirements, GEOINT analysis, and workforce professional development. We require a collaborative team of learning experts to represent different offices within the NGC that integrate stakeholder learning needs and develop, maintain, and administer learning solutions that help promulgate GEOINT doctrine and concepts. Additionally, the LMAP would support government partnerships with academia, industry, and other government agencies to bring externally-developed training to NGA and to administer the training.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted “Read-ahead” documents associated with the LMAP procurement on 15 March 2016 to the Unclassified Acquisition Resource Center (ARC) 2.0 website.  There will not be a Q&A period until the Request for Proposal is released which is anticipated to be by the end of March 2016.

Instructions on how to access the ARC site, and additional information, is available here.
