NAVAIR releases predictive analytics RFP

On June 29, the Naval Air Systems Command issued the solicitation for its predictive analytics requirement (Solicitation Number: N6893617R0028). Proposals are due no later than 2:30pm Pacific Time on July 31, according to FedBizOpps.

The Naval Air Systems Command, Weapons Division Contracts Department, China Lake, California, intends to procure, on a 100% HUBZone setaside, a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract in support Predictive Analytics services. The requirement will include all elements of data analysis, design, development, test, integration, and deployment. This effort shall include maintenance, inclusion, conversion, modeling, and depiction of data from internal, external, and ad hoc data sources into the AWIS Ordnance Predictive Trend Identification & Correlation System (OPTICS).

Additionally, it includes the administration of data analytics and modeling tools on an environment utilizing transactional data powered by an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Data engine with a two-factor authentication role-based access management system.
