MSIC posts RFP for Integrated Services Production and Modeling & Simulation Support

On December 1, the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center, released the solicitation for Integrated Services Production and Modeling & Simulation Support (Solicitation Number: HHM402-17-R-0032). Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. Central on January 16, 2018.

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to acquire Integrated System Production and Modeling & Simulation Support, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government intends to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to the offeror that submits the proposal that represents the best value to the Government. Per FAR 52.212-2, the Government reserves the right to make award without discussions.

Place of performance will be Government facilities and contractor facilities. All offerors interested in submitting an offer must email their proposals to Brandon Powell at brandon.powell2@dodiis.mil NLT 1000 Central on 16 January 2018. This is a solicitation for the services described in the PWS in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15 as supplemented with additional information included in this posting. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number HHM402-17-R-0032 is issued as a Request for Proposals. The NAICS code is 541712. This solicitation is unrestricted. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bnp.gov.
