Intelligent Decisions awarded FBI IT hardware contract worth up to $450 million

intelligent decisions 112Intelligent Decisions (ID), Inc., a global IT systems integrator based in Ashburn, VA, announced on March 19 that it has been awarded an Information Technology Acquisition Program (ITAP) contract by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  The contract has a ceiling value of $450 million and a potential period of performance of five years – one base year plus four option years.  ID received contract awards within the Desktop, Laptop and Server Categories with a ceiling value of $115 million.

Under this contract, ID will provide Information Technology Equipment and Support Services to include: desktops, laptops, tablets, servers and peripheral equipment for deployment at FBI Headquarters and Field Offices throughout the Continental United States.  Support services for the contract will include obtaining maintenance services, maintaining records, online ordering, installing software images, drivers and barcode labels.  ID’s work will allow all FBI organizations to obtain standard non-mainframe IT Hardware and enable the FBI to identify, schedule and refresh operational IT hardware to avoid obsolescence.
