EOIR wins $249M ARL persistent surveillance, ISR analytic software IDIQ contract

EOIR newEOIR Technologies, Inc. of Fredericksburg, VA announced on July 12 that it has been awarded the Persistent Surveillance – Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (PS-ISR) IDIQ contract vehicle under which task orders will be issued to support the Sensors and Electron Devices Directorate (SEDD) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Technology Integration Branch (RDRL-SES-S) of the U. S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL).

“EOIR looks forward to continuing to support SEDD in their mission to conduct research in areas that allow the development of effective intelligence and information tools,” said Stephen Finney, senior vice president, strategic initiatives office. “With our technologies and expertise, EOIR and our team is ideally positioned to respond to technological problems, identify existing capabilities and lessons learned, and develop a methodology to solve those problems in support of the U.S. military.”

This contract has a ceiling of $249M and a 5-year period of performance that continues through May 5, 2021.
