Army seeks hand-held ISR devices

On August 8, the U.S. Army posted a presolicitation notice for Hand-Held Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Devices (Solicitation Number: W912D2-17-R-5003). Responses are due no later than 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on September 10.

Salient Physical, Functional, and Performance Characteristics:

The offeror is to provide Vislink HHT3 products or equals that are needed for communication kits. See the bulleted salient characteristics for each product listed below. If the offeror submits a proposal with equals, the offeror is required to provide the manufacturer’s illustrations, drawings, photographs, technical data, and other supporting documentation with their offer.

If the offeror takes an exception to the bulleted salient characteristics that they consider to be peculiar to one manufacturer, the offeror must submit their questions and comments no later than the specified solicitation question date. The Contracting Officer will make a determination if a solicitation amendment is required.
