Army releases ITES-3S RFP

Army 112On February 12, the U.S. Army released a request for proposal (RFP) for the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services program (Solicitation Number: W52P1J15R0096).

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in support of the Project Director Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (PD CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) program.

The overall objective of ITES-3S is to provide industry best practice, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for Information Technology integration and service management activities to the Army, other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and all other Federal agencies including but not limited to, locations CONUS, OCONUS and warzone areas.

The total amount of all orders placed against all contracts from the ITES-3S RFP shall not exceed $12.1 B over a nine-year period of performance. The nine-year period of performance consists of a base period of five years and includes four one-year options. This requirement is being solicited under Full and Open competition. The Government anticipates awarding 24 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards, with an anticipated 14 reserved for Small Businesses that meet North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519, “Other Computer Related Services” (revenue size standard $27.5M).

All contractors who provide goods and/or services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.5, 5.102 and 15.201; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov.
