Air Force posts Video Data Link Bridge sources sought

Air Force 112On September 16, the U.S. Air Force posted a sources sought synopsis for video data link systems. Interested firms should submit responses no later than 3:00pm EST on October 16.
The United States (US) Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Division, Battlefield Airmen Branch (AFLCMC/WISN), Wright-Patterson AFB OH, is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide production and sustainment capabilities for non-developmental Video Data Link (VDL) systems.

Qualified respondents to this SSS can request a copy of the 466ER, Tactical, VORTEX Native, and FM Analog Waveform specifications. The waveform specifications will be provided with government purpose rights and shall only be used for this government requirement. Interested vendors may contact Joseph Plessinger or Ms. Sue Harper, whose information is listed below, for copies of the aforementioned waveform specifications. Please reference the attachment for the complete Sources Sought Synopsis.

Interested vendors who desire to participate in this SSS are encouraged to submit white papers that demonstrate they presently have the technology and qualifications of the system described above.
